What you need
Ingredients
- 2 to 2 1/2 pounds baby back pork ribs
- Salt and ground pepper, to taste
- Kinder’s BBQ sauce, enough to coat both sides
Don't F*ck it Up
Method
- 01Heat the oven to 275°F (135°C). Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs if needed, then season both sides with salt and pepper.
- 02Place the ribs meaty-side down in a roasting pan or on a rimmed baking sheet. Seal tightly with foil.
- 03Bake for 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 hours, until a knife slides into the meat with little resistance.
- 04Uncover the ribs and brush both sides with BBQ sauce. Broil near the top of the oven for 3 to 4 minutes, watching closely, until the sauce bubbles and caramelizes.

Notes
The membrane can be loosened with a knife and pulled off with a paper towel for grip.
